Spooky Treats

Despite a crazy long day, I decided coming home and making Halloween treats would be FUN and even managed to convince Mindi she should come play too. Kendyl did a great job unwrapping the Hershey kisses for the witches hats and helping mix the dough for the peanut butter cookies to make the accompanying witches brooms. Look how cute they turned out!


Kendyl is excited to give them out to her friends at her school party tomorrow and that makes all the effort worth it. The girl loves playing in the kitchen! Here's a picture of the haunted gingerbread house that she made with Karen (our nanny) last week:

Halloween is a ton of fun. I'm excited that the weather tomorrow is supposed to be great for trick-or-treat!!!
