Nationals!

Kendyl's first cheer season concluded with a trip to Indy for Nationals!  They hyped it up all week and even went as far as having practice two extra nights plus a team potluck.  We decided to make a family outing out of it and packed up the car and headed off.

The team made a big deal out of everything and even ramped up the already crazy makeup for a little extra sparkle on stage.

The next day we decided to take advantage of being in another city and hit the Children's museum.  Here are the kiddos all packed up and read to head out!

The museum was awesome!  There was a cute Barbie exhibit,

a Dora & Diego exhibit that Lauryl was much more excited about then Kendyl,

a fun, kid-accessible Chihuly glass exhibit,

a dinosaur exhibit complete with a dig site for the kids to excavate,

and even an indoor carousel

I'd say they had a pretty good time!
